Form

A form is basically a written document with spaces where you can type or write, for instance, for an invoice. The papers usually all have the basic printed sections, apart from, maybe, for a unique serial number too. These forms are used not only for the purpose of signing certain documents, but also for recording changes in the ownership of something, and for inventories. There are several different kinds of forms and what they exactly mean, and their use can be described using the following vocabulary.
