A form is basically a written document with spaces where you can type or write, for instance, for an invoice. The papers usually all have the basic printed sections, apart from, maybe, for a unique serial number too. These forms are used not only for the purpose of signing certain documents, but also for recording changes in the ownership of something, and for inventories.
