ActiveCampaign Review(2023): A Paid Solution Worth Checking Out

ActiveCampaign is a paid marketing automation tool that allows you to create campaigns, send emails, and track your results. You can also use it to connect with other tools in the ActiveCampaign ecosystem. One of these tools is their email server which lets you send up to 10,000 messages per month for free! This blog post will go over some of the benefits of using ActiveCampaign’s email service as well as how easy it was for me to set up.

ActiveCampaign is one of the most effective decisions you can make when looking for an all-in-one newsletter marketing device. Their automation is the real problem and causes other tool variants of this pale contrast. It will help if you prepare to place in a short amount of time.

You may invest a little more money, but your business will no doubt take advantage of the incentives. But, on the other hand, if you’re looking for an easy way to send out newsletters.

What is ActiveCampaign?

ActiveCampaign is an automation platform that makes it easy to create campaigns for your CRM (customer relationship management) system. You can set up automation and triggers based on different conditions, like the time of day or where a contact lives. The ActiveAutomate also lets you monitor checklists and automate tasks within the CRM itself, so there’s never any human error involved in sending important messages!

In addition, they all have the customer messaging feature. With this feature, you can send targeted messages directly to your website visitors to optimize the overall customer experience.

ActiveCampaign fulfills its technique to help you to establish targeted connections to your customers via the software program.

While pages like the Dashboard can seem a little active and overly complicated at first, it’s not difficult to understand the benefit of having all of your information in one area.

Activecampaign Pricing and Plans

ActiveCampaign is a simple and easy-to-use email advertising system that goes beyond the basics. The company provides three plans, each with its own fee, to choose one based on your budget.

Active Campaign offers different levels of service for their customers depending on how many people they want to reach once: Basic (25 contacts), Silver ($400/month), or Gold ($2,500). You get what you pay for when it comes to marketing automation software– if none of these options seem like the right fit for your needs as an advertiser, then Active campaign will gladly design something custom just for you!

ActiveCampaign Pricing Review
Pricing and Plan

Programs start at $9 monthly for up to 500 contacts as well as endless emails.

Plans go all the way as up to 100,000 get in touch; If you need a lot more, you can call ActiveCampaign for a customized strategy. In between, you can communicate with 2,500 messages for $29 per month, 5,000 contacts for $45 per month, and so on. All strategies consist of endless emails, unlike Project Monitor, which has basic plans with restricted emails and much more expensive unlimited plans.

ActiveCampaign uses a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. First of all, you want your company name and email address. Next, you’ve set a password, and then you’ve chosen the service you’re looking for. In addition to email marketing, it offers advertising and marketing automation, CRM, and sales automation. Then select the different contacts you have and whether you need help setting up your account.

Overview of ActiveCampaign Features

ActiveCampaign is a software company that offers customer experience automation for businesses. It does this by automating the processes behind many marketing, sales, and support tasks so you can focus on your customers.

Active Campaign has more than 130,000 enterprise-level clients in 170 countries who use its platform to better communicate with customers through personalization while also making it easier to understand what they want from brands’ products or services thanks to industry-specific dashboards designed just for each type of business.

Creating a Subscriber Listing

Click the Calls tab to include and take care of customers too. You can import and export CSV data or import it from a third-party solution such as B. Asana (visit website at Asana), Base CRM, Zoho CRM (see the website at Zoho CRM), and many more.

That is another place where the campaign screen is at its best that has no third-party assimilation. You can also copy calls and paste them directly into a type or paste them individually. However, before you record a touch, you need to create a checklist, similar to Campaign Monitor.

When you create a listing, you need to give it a name and include your company’s mailing address for the footer, Company LINK. Also, a note to help subscribers understand why they are receiving the email (this can reduce out-of-the-office spam reports.) Next, you can import contacts into this list.

If you use the insert alternative, you have to assign areas after the upload. You can also choose not to import a specific field. For example, I tried adding email, name, and birthday. Emails were identified, but not the other two, but I could easily create custom areas. You can also flag calls for easy search.

Building Campaign

Sound on the Projects tab to develop a newsletter. Please give it a name, and then select the type. You will most likely send one of the most common emails out there. However, you can also choose automatic (based on logic you create), autoresponder (based on an action by the subscriber), A/B testing, RSS triggered, or date-based. After that, select the list you want to send to.

You can also break this checklist down based on contact information, areas, web pages they saw on your website, and more. Unfortunately, the “next” switch is on the top right and off the beaten path, so I kept neglecting where it was, which was a bit annoying.

Click an item’s setup icon to replicate, hide it on mobile devices, save it to your resource collection, or delete it. You can also make a thing dependent on the data of your calls as if they had a recent capture.

You can also drag components onto this page to change their placement, which didn’t always work in my tests. For example, when you send a photo to an e-newsletter, it is kept in your collection for re-use. You can also create folders for far better organization.

Easy and Powerful Marketing Automation

ActiveCampaign is one of the most effective advertising and marketing automation tools in the industry. It’s not complete, however, as it uses our editor options Pardot (go to the website at Salesforce.com) and HubSpot (50.00 monthly at HubSpot). Nevertheless, ActiveCampaign is sufficient to help most organizations achieve both common goals and slightly more complex goals. The device offers many ready-made workflows that can adapt to specific requirements. In addition, you supported the process production process with an intuitive step-by-step navigator.

The tool pulls and decreases in every phase. So you’re never immersed in endless scrolls with lots and dozens of choices, which means sticking with tools like Zoho Campaigns and SendinBlue. The process activates by one of 22 call triggers. You can add multiple triggers throughout the process to put users on alternate automation or to bring them back to the dawn of industrialization through which they have not yet progressed.

Robust Tool for Marketing Professionals

ActiveCampaign offers a great deal of functionality at a relatively low cost. One disadvantage is that it can be confusing to use at times. Fortunately, resources are abundant, and when you say goodbye, assistance is available to start a real-time conversation.

With a variety of third-party assimilations and personalized auto-responders, many customers will be happy with the offerings. It beats the comparable project monitor by the nose but still does not legally offer the service that you will find at Advocate and MailChimp.

ActiveCampaign Review: Reporting & Analytics

ActiveCampaign is the most complete and trusted platform for email marketing, segmentation, analytics, automation, and reporting. All of these components work together to provide you with unparalleled insights into your list (depth of detail), your campaigns (abundance of data), your subscribers’ activity (tracking & logging), and their interactions (email alerts).

The only other Email Marketing Provider I’ve found that even comes close is Infusionsoft. Many of my clients have used them and like the ease of use, but there are still several features missing that you find in ActiveCampaign.

ActiveCampaign’s reporting interface provides a visual snapshot of each subscriber’s activity—including their open. In addition, it clicks rates for every link going back to the day you created them as a subscriber. As a result, it’s easy to set up a comprehensive workflow of who does what based on their activity, including adding new subscribers and/or sending additional emails at certain benchmarks (e.g., open 60% or more of your emails).

Your dashboard provides a convenient view of your campaigns, lists, and subscribers that you can filter and sort to get the overview you need. Reports cover campaign performance, subscriber activity, and buying behaviors.

Email Marketing

ActiveCampaign is a great tool for both new and experienced marketers. It’s easy to use and allows you to send emails without having to worry about spam.

Once you are set up, send yourself an email from your ActiveCampaign account to verify that email delivery works properly. From here on out, try to send individual emails to yourself and different team members so that you can make sure everything is working correctly.

Remember, double opt-in is the best way to get subscribers to sign up for your emails. You can also try LeadPages’ Squeeze Page Builder with ActiveCampaign to get more subscribers.

ActiveCampaign Lead Management

ActiveCampaign is an email marketing and automation platform for sales, eCommerce, and small businesses.

Anyone serious about their email marketing needs to consider ActiveCampaign if they’re not already using it. It’s a robust (and often overwhelming) piece of software, so allow some time to learn how it works before diving in head-first.

The free version of ActiveCampaign allows you to send a 60-day email campaign with up to 500 subscribers. However, we needed a bit more than that, so we went for the paid version, which gives us 10,000 subscribers and 1 GB of storage space.

There are also paid plans that offer unlimited users and custom domains.

You can build forms for all sorts of purposes, such as collecting email addresses for newsletters or building a list to promote an event.

You can test the forms on your site using freely available tools like Typeform (which we use).

There are built-in integrations for all kinds of services, from social sharing to sending events via Facebook and LinkedIn.

We’ve added some custom tracking links to our forms to see which ones are converting best.

It’s also possible to add and schedule broadcast emails that are sent at specific times or when a certain event occurs, such as someone subscribing or unsubscribing from your list.

CRM & Sales Automation

ActiveCampaign CRM & Sales Automation is a powerful email marketing and automation solution. It includes everything you need to create, send, track and analyze your emails. Activecampaign also features landing pages, social media integrations, customer surveys, form builders, and many more apps. When it comes to managing sales teams or keeping in touch with leads, Activecampaign also provides a robust Sales CRM.

Activecampaign is the Swiss army knife of marketing automation tools. It’s packed with features and functionality at an affordable price point. If you’re serious about your business, then it might just be the best choice for you.

Over 850 built-in apps and integrations

ActiveCampaign is built around an app platform that allows you to quickly and easily add other apps to power your email marketing. For example, integrate our Zapier app to automatically sync your ActiveCampaign contacts with a service like Google Sheets so you can send email newsletters without having to copy people into an email manually. We also have integrations with HubSpot and Mailchimp, among others.

The platform is continuously expanding—new apps are added to the platform all the time. Our developers are constantly working to improve and expand the platform, too.

ActiveCampaign Site Tracking

ActiveCampaign is an email marketing service provider that lets you track the success of your email campaigns.

You can import your Google Analytics data to ActiveCampaign, and set up a campaign to notify you via SMS when a user opens or clicks on any of the links in your emails. This helps to measure your conversions at an individual link level, so you’re able to monitor the success of every campaign you send out.

This data is useful in itself, but it’s also actionable. For example, you can use this page view information to segment your contacts (for instance, by creating a list of people who have viewed pricing and product pages) or alter marketing strategies for better results (sending out an invitation demoing the price when someone views its webpage).

Site Tracking gives marketers the ability to connect their marketing efforts with what a contact does on your website. ActiveCampaign “sees” every page view of any given visitor, letting you know how often they visit and which pages they most look at, for example. This lets you better target those who are more invested in potential services or products so that your message is tailored just for them!

Advanced lead scoring

ActiveCampaign gives you the ability to create unlimited lead scores with unlimited rules so that your leads can prioritize according to any criteria important for your company. This means, whether it’s age or geographic location, ActiveCampaign has got you covered! Create automation by setting a threshold score and automatically distributing those qualified sales leads accordingly.

ActiveCampaign Customer Support

Support is quick and easy with all tools. Their knowledge base is instrumental and easy to search through. They also offer video tutorials, webinars (live and archived), and individual training courses on the Plus plan.

Customer Support
Customer Support

While many companies have problems with customer support as they get bigger, ActiveCampaign seems to have just improved. Previously there was only email support when you wanted to contact a human and a database to troubleshoot problems yourself.

Today you also break out on onboarding/training webinars, live chat, and several tutorial videos on YouTube. The tutorials are short but precise, and the staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Based on the personal encounters I had with them, I would give ActiveCampaign an eight for support.

ActiveCampaign Money-Back Guarantee

You might be able to get your money back from ActiveCampaign, but it’s not going to happen any time soon.

Active campaign is a company that does not offer refunds of any kind for their service. They will only grant you one of the active campaigns deems whether or not they think you violated terms and conditions- which are subject to change at any time without notice or refund. If this happens, end users who have ended accounts can’t expect a partial credit because there isn’t such thing as a half-refund in an online world where anything can disappear with just some clicks!

ActiveCampaign Alternatives

Marketing automation software is an often overlooked but integral part of building a marketing strategy. ActiveCampaign has been the industry leader for many years, and it’s easy to see why: they have excellent customer service with live chat available 24/7; multiple integrations including Salesforce, WordPress plugins, Mailchimp email integration, and more that make scaling up your business seamless.

Social CRM capabilities- you can track social media accounts across Twitter, Facebook Linked In, Google+ Pinterest & Instagram all from within one dashboard without having to log in or out of each account separately!

But what if there was something better? We’ve reviewed three different options on our blog (linked below), so find out which one best fits your needs before committing yourself too deeply to any program.

Using the reviewer information, you can see how ActiveCampaign ranks against the competition, review testimonials from current and past people, and determines the most suitable for your company. SharpSpring, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Agile CRM, and Mailchimp all-in-one marketing platform are the best-known alternatives and competitors to ActiveCampaign.

Conclusion

ActiveCampaign is a powerful tool for online marketers. Newsletters allow you to better connect with your customers by providing an interactive and engaging way of communicating product updates, changes in policies, or discounts available on their website.

ActiveCampaign has several different features that help marketing teams track the success rates for each campaign they run, including geo-tracking, which allows them to see where people opened the newsletter from all around the world and how many times they clicked; through to other pages within it!

One area that doesn’t do the slightest thing is the newsletter editor, which doesn’t offer a clever experience like the various tools. Instead, it is better at dealing with fearful traits (like a story of change).

Support is also encouraged: pleasant, valuable, and quick. Email and conversation support are excellent, with a personal feel for interactions. Their knowledge base is easy to search for and provides relevant results at a high percentage of the moment. With their plus intent, you even get access to individual training and valuable webinars, which is a good improvement.
